The Job Role.

Your main role is to be a host to our clients, making them feel special and ensuring that their experience is extraordinary. You will treat them like they are royalty making sure everyone (including yourself) has a fun and enjoyable experience. It will be fast paced with up to 10 clients waiting and occasionally times when you will be by yourself + days working in a clerical team.

Key Tasks

• Responsible for the office reception/admin, scanning, filling etc
• Smooth operation of our Appointment book, follow up phone calls booking new patients
• Greeting, Receipting and assisting with our clients while they see our chiropractors
• Motivating clients when they are in pain
• Teaching them how to heal and stay healthy
• Guiding them through their treatment journey
• Responsible for the treatment programs for patients with financial plans, putting people on schedules of care + going through special appointments like home exercises
• Sales – you will be expected to maintain growing the business through building patient referrals in house and helping with social media post and converting leads from FB marketing. Generating new client referrals and maintaining client retention
• You will be responsible for selling chiropractic packages + products
• Helping patients on + off our specialised traction equipment
• Scribing for Doctor
• PA work for CEO
• Assisting senior staff with varied “running the business” tasks
• Running AM/PM mini meetings
• Attending weekly meetings

Experience managing social media, newsletters and WordPress websites will be an advantage.

Who Are We?

Robina Chiropractic Wellness Centre is a dynamic and thriving business recognised as one of the top chiropractic offices on the Gold Coast. We specialise in CBP (Chiropractic Biophysics) and are they only practice on The Gold Coast who does this technique.

Our practice first originated in 1997 when Robina Town Centre was opened (then called Robina Town Chiropractic). Over the last +25 years, we have provided evidence based care and proven procedures that have resulted in life changing improvements for our clients across Robina and surrounding suburbs.

We have a beautiful renovated office on Robina Parkway. Here, the clients don’t feel like they are in a clinic but feel like they are at someone’s home.

Our Team and Business is growing too… We are looking for our next new chiropractic assistant to grow with this business AND we have a new chiropractor who is starting to thrive. So we need an assistant to thrive with us.

This Casual position will be above award rate and based on experience and effort.

Early starts and late finish times are necessary and non-negotiable.

• So if you have young children you will need to ensure that getting leaving home by 730am or arriving home by 8pm or later will fit in with your family.

• YOU MUST  be available for school holidays

• If you cannot do these hours – you cannot be considered for the role.

As the business grows, your role will also and your wage will be reflected by your effectiveness. You will share the following hours with our other CA.

(Sometimes you will start earlier or finish later if we have emergency appointments or have to cover hours when other CA’s are on holidays)

Keep in mind you will have regular shifts. But your days will vary as patient load will vary. As some days will be shorter and others longer but your week is 90% the same hours.

Clinic Hours

Monday — 7.45am – 11pm & 2.30pm – 6.30pm 

Tuesday — 2pm – 7.30pm

Wednesday — CLOSED

Thursday — 7.45am – 11.30pm & 2.30pm – 6.30pm 

Friday — 8am – 12pm

Saturday — 7.30am -11am 

These hours are the opening Hours. We regularly work longer than these. eg arrive 30 min before first patient and 30 min after last patient. There will be regular out of office hours tasks too.

There may be professional and personal development involving occasional weekend seminars. Home study WILL be involved initially to get you up to speed and then regularly afterwards at team meetings. Expect role playing in meetings and further learning.
