Because this is just an assessment, there’s no treatment involved, which helps us keep costs low. If we believe chiropractic can help, great! Welcome to the team. If not, we’ll honestly refer you to the right healthcare provider.

A thorough investigation

Through our examination process we work to identify the likely cause of your problem, not only where it hurts. If your condition is better suited to another health professional, we will refer you to the right person. Results and recovery vary from person to person.

We listen

You have choices. If we can help you, we will tell you. If we can’t, we will tell you that too. If you have a spinal problem we will explain it in a way you can understand, so you can make an informed decision about your health and your family’s.

We treat most age groups

We check children for spinal conditions like scoliosis, and teenagers and adults for back pain. We have a special interest in postural conditions and sports care, and we care for people of all ages, including during pregnancy.

What to expect

Clear explanations and honest advice at every visit.

First visit

Discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic can help you. Allow 30 to 45 minutes. If after 5 minutes it looks like you won’t benefit, we’ll tell you, won’t charge for our time, and will refer you to the right person. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will identify the cause of your problem, and we explain everything in advance.

Second visit

We report our findings: your health history, examination results and X-rays if you were referred. You will know whether chiropractic care is right for you. If it is, we set up a custom treatment plan and, if you’re ready, you receive your first adjustment. We follow up within a couple of days to see how you reacted.

Third visit

Ideally the next day, to see how you reacted to your first adjustment. We confirm the recommendations for care based on your examination results and health goals, plan your preferred appointment times, and set reassessment dates so you can see how you are tracking.
